COVID SAFE PLAN

To ensure the health and safety of ourselves and our clients we have put in place a Covid Safe Plan.

Please refer to the following practices before attending your appointment.

 

 What you can expect from us:

​

  • To maintain social distancing as much as practicable.

  • To wash hands for 20 seconds before and after each client and continue to use hand sanitiser.

  • Protective Personal Equipment, including gloves and a fitted mask will be worn.

  • Individual makeup brush sets will be used for each client. They will be deep cleaned and dried after each day.

  • Disposables such as mascara wands, cotton tips, makeup wipes, sponges, lip wands will be used.

  • All products for use in makeup applications will be decanted onto a sterilised palette for each client.

  • Anti-bacterial spray or wipes will be used to clean down station surfaces and chairs before and after each client and/or hourly.

  • Makeup products will not remain open unless for the immediate purpose of decanting product.

  • All makeup products and palettes will be wiped down with antibacterial spray after each client.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is sick and/or is displaying flu-like symptoms and can ask them to leave the premises.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in its entirety without warning and without refund in its entirety should anyone on premises not cooperate with our COVID-Safe instruction or the Victorian health directives and laws.

  • We will not present for the appointment if we are sick with any flu like symptoms.

  • We will not present for the appointment if we have been in contact with a confirmed case and have been directed to self-isolate.

  • We hold a Certificate of Acknowledgement in infection Control Training for COVID -19 from the Department of Health. 

  • You will receive a reminder by phone/email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to confirm that you and all others booked for appointments are feeling well.

What we require of you and others:

​

  • To wash or sanitise your hands immediately before and after your appointment.

  • There will only be one client in the room at any time.

  • You and anyone else present must maintain social distancing with 1.5m between each person, unless while having your hair/makeup done.

  • You and others must wear a mask at all times unless having your makeup done.

  • You must wear a mask while having your hair done.

  • You will refrain from touching any products and equipment.

  • Each clients name, address and contact details will be taken. We will not disclose your personal information to anyone unless it is required to by law or health authorities. 

  • You must not bring any guests to your appointment unless they are part of the booking. They will be required to wait outside until their appointment.

  • You are not to enter the premises and/or attend the appointment if you or anyone else is feeling unwell, have flu like symptoms, of if you or anyone else has been in contact with a confirmed case and have been directed to self-isolate or you become unwell during the appointment.
